Unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement, all IP developed by Sobeit during a project remains our property until full payment is received.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account.

All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes (including GST) will be added.

Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Sobeit reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sobeit Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Sobeit in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these terms.

Upon termination, all rights and licences granted to you will immediately cease.

Sections relating to IP, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive any termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cuttack, Odisha, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for at least thirty (30) days.
